Lion's Mane mushroom fruit from a single white clump that expands into small mounds . These mounds grow to become rolling hills hiding under the lion's Manes' iconic shaggy spines. The flavor of lion's mane is mild, and adapts well to whatever dishes it's added to. With a texture similar to cooked crab or scallops, it is a popular meat replacement. Lion's mane is also a rich source of proteins, carbohydrates and additional health benefits.
